The SmarTech™ Wireless Digital Manifold combines the technology of your Android or iOS device with the superior craftsmanship of Uniweld manufacturing. This Digital Manifold is also equipped with highly precise sensors that output professionally accurate pressure and temperature readings.

Charge with confidence, not guesswork.

Work smarter with the free SmarTech™ app, which communicates with the Digital Manifold via Bluetooth. With 109 refrigerant profiles, it clearly displays system readings and performs real-time monitoring of Superheat, Subcooling and Delta T calculations automatically.

The difference between actual and target Superheat or Subcooling is shown with color indicators that signal whether the system is overcharged, undercharged, or within tolerance — taking the guesswork out of properly charging a system for maximum efficiency and optimal performance.

Calibrating the manifold

Press the gears icon at the top-right of the app home screen and select the type of calibration you would like to perform.

Reset to factory default

Reset the pressure and temperature sensors to factory default from the app. When successful, “dEF” appears on the meter.

Frequently asked questions

How do I calibrate the temperature?

The low side (T1) & high side (T2) temperature clamps can be calibrated to ice water (32°F). For accuracies of one degree or better, stabilize a source of ice water — preferably in an insulated cooler. Submerge the low side (T1) clamp into the ice water and begin the meter calibration procedure. The low side (T1) must be saved before calibrating the high side (T2); repeat the same procedure for T2.

How do I calibrate the pressure?

Pressure calibration is performed from the app — press the gears icon at the top-right of the home screen and choose pressure calibration. Full step-by-step details are in the USMAN5 User Manual above.

How many refrigerants does the app support?

The SmarTech™ app includes 109 refrigerant profiles, and you can add your most-used refrigerants to your favorites for quick access.

Which devices does it work with?
